Thank you for helping us launch youth into the future!

When you contribute KATA, you can be assured that your investment is going directly to arts and character- and career-building programming for young people in need in Kansas City, Kansas.  In recent years, Wyandotte County has seen a drastic decline in arts programs.  KATA has been a mainstay in our community for more than 28 years, now serving the grandchildren of those first in our summer theatre workshops.  Kansas Academy of Theatrical Arts is a nonprofit 501c3 and your donation is tax-deductible.

Here are just a few ways your gift helps.

$1,000 provides leadership training and mentoring for one teen or young adult, typically a former KATA summer workshop student.
